HEY I'M MATTEO RUBINO!
A.K.A. CRIMSON CHINOTTO

I’m a game developer with 3+ years of experience developing scalable and high-performance systems.Proficient with Unity, Godot, and Unreal Engine, I specialize in clean architecture, modular design, and maintainable code that supports complex gameplay features.Driven by precision, performance, and a deep passion for the Videogame Medium.
ABOUT ME

I’m Matteo Rubino — 29 years old, born and raised in Rome.My journey started back in high school, when I realized that making games wasn’t just something I loved — it was what I wanted to dedicate my life to.That passion led me to study Computer Science at Sapienza University of Rome, and later to refine my craft through a Game Programming Master’s Degree at the University of Verona.Since then, I started working professionaly as a game developer, while I always try to find time to partecipate to Game Jams, since I love the whole creative process behind games.Beyond code, I’m fascinated by the videogame industry itself — its people, evolution, and potential to inspire.
I study it, I write about it, and I love discussing how design, production, and technology come together to shape unforgettable player experiences.Curious, driven, and endlessly passionate about this medium, I’m always looking for the next challenge where I can grow, collaborate, and help bring meaningful ideas to life.
